On September 28, ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ImmuneOnco") wholly-owned subsidiary-ImmuneOnco BioPharm (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Zhangjiang Science City (hereinafter referred to as "ImmuneOnco BioPharm"). ImmuneOnco BioPharm is the pharmaceutical manufacturer for the company ImmunOnco. The establishment of the company marks the formal formation of ImmuneOnco’s strategic layout from the development and research of anti-tumor immunotherapy products to the integrated development and drug manufacture.
