11Shanghai, China – July 1, 2026 – ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (“ImmuneOnco” or the “Company”; HKEX Stock Code: 01541.HK) today announced the appointment of Ms. Ben Xiao as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Investment and Financing. In this role, Ms. Xiao will oversee the Company’s Investment and Financing Strategy Department, with responsibilities encompassing the Finance Department, Internal Audit Department, and budget management. She will report directly to Dr. Wenzhi Tian, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Scientific Officer of ImmuneOnco.
Ms. Xiao brings over 20 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations. Prior to joining ImmuneOnco, she served at Dongyao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (1875.HK) from January 2022 to May 2026, holding key positions including Executive Director of Finance and Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. She was responsible for the group’s financial management, investment and financing, and investor relations. During her tenure, she successfully completed the company’s first equity financing round post-IPO and facilitated debt financing, laying a solid financial foundation for the company’s strategic transformation into a CDMO. Through robust financial management, she helped the company achieve positive operating cash flow starting in 2022 and reach its first-ever net profit in 2024. In capital market communications, Ms. Xiao led the investor relations team to leverage the company’s differentiated competitive advantages, effectively translating its technological competitiveness into capital market value. Her efforts successfully established the company’s leading corporate image in the CDMO sector and earned high recognition from the capital market for its strategic transformation.
Previously, Ms. Xiao served as Group Chief Financial Officer for Renogy Group and Fuba Automotive Electronics GmbH (a former business unit of the Delphi Group), and as Group Financial Expert Advisor at the headquarters of Wincor Nixdorf/Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD).
Ms. Xiao is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an International Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). She studied at Beijing Foreign Studies University (majoring in German) from 1998 to 2005 and at Universität Paderborn in Germany (majoring in Business Administration), where she earned a Master of Business Administration (Diplom-Kauffrau) degree.
